Incorporating the concept of the learning centre and to provide the sports and other facilities required, this project is alterations to the existing NAAFI Garde II Listed Building and external areas, improved safety and accessibility, It also includes a new sports/assembly hall and with refurbished catering facilities .

Historic Environment Planning, Surrey County Council, to include the suggested position and relationship of the proposed new hall building to the existing heritage buildings.
